Villa Bond

This modern villa is one of my favorites for several reasons. It's close to Pampelonne beach, within walking distance of Club 55 and the magnificent beach clubs of Route de l'Epi. Its major asset is a 15-metre glass wall in the living room, which seems to float down to the lower level. This creates a living space that opens onto a large wooden terrace with a breathtaking sea view. That's why I call it Villa Bond. Get the idea? The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy sunsets, al fresco dining or a French aperitif.

The villa is divided into two levels.

On the main level, you'll find the entrance hall, dining room, living room, kitchen and guest toilet. The master bedroom has a dressing room and bathroom. There are also two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. In addition, a separate bedroom with bathroom and dressing room benefits from private access.

On the lower level, a large studio includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, as well as a laundry room. This level also features two service bedrooms with their own bathrooms. A hammam with shower and dressing area is also available. Access to the covered garage is directly from this level.
